Ingredients:
  2 TBSP   oil
  1/2 cup   chopped onion
  1/2 cup   red pepper
  16 oz   frozen corn kernels
  1 tsp   salt
  1/2 tsp   pepper
Directions:
  1.Heat oil in a skillet over high heat.
2.Add onion and peppers, cook, stirring til slightly softened, about 2 min.
3.Add rest and cook, stirring constantly, for 15 min.
