Flank Steak Fajitas

Flank Steak Fajitas - brush steak with olive oil, rub with dry mustard, pepper, and chili powder. Grill steak, saute peppers, onions, and mushrooms.
Guacamole - Peel and cut up 3 avacados, press clove of garlic and add to avacados, mash with potato masher, add a little lemon juice and mash until smooth. Add a few diced tomatoes and stir. |
