Brown beef and drain. In a 9 x 13 pan add beef, soup, milk and drained green beans. Mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour covered. Make Instant potatoes as directed at about 45 minutes into baking time. Remove pan from oven and add potatoes to the top. Potatoes should be thick. Place back in oven, uncovered for 30 minutes or until potatoes have a golden tint to top.
