Fajitas (JP)

  fajitas
Ingredients:
  1 lb   chicken or beef fajita stripped meat
  2 T   lemon juice
  1 T   rice vinegar
  1 T   worcestershire sauce
  1/8 tsp   salt
  1/4 tsp   pepper
  1/4 tsp   cumin
  1 T   coriander
  2 cloves   garlic, minced
  1 each   onion, sliced into strips
  1 each   green pepper, sliced into strips
  12 each   small tortillas
  1 c   cheddar, shredded
  1/2 c   sour cream
Directions:
  Combine items 2-9 and add meat to marinate. Stir fry onion and green pepper. Remove veggies and stir fry meat. Combine and serve with tortillas, sour cream and cheese.
