Elk hamburgers with tatertots. |

Ground hamburger, venison, or poultry |

hamburger buns |

Pappy's seasoning |
|

|
tomato sliced |

|
|
lettuce |

|
|
pepper jack cheese |
|
|
|
mayo, mustard, ketchup |

egg |

mesquite bb q wood |
Directions: |
|
Mix ground meat with one egg and form into 4 patties. Sprinkle patties with Pappy's seasoning and let stand for 1/2 hour. In the meantime, start burquets and add mesquite wood. BBQ patties until desired doneness. Create hamburgers as you like with remaining ingredients.
