Elk Burgers

  Elk hamburgers with tatertots.
Ingredients:
  1 pnd   Ground hamburger, venison, or poultry
  1 pkg   hamburger buns
    Pappy's seasoning
    tomato sliced
    lettuce
    pepper jack cheese
    mayo, mustard, ketchup
  1   egg
    mesquite bb q wood
Directions:
  Mix ground meat with one egg and form into 4 patties. Sprinkle patties with Pappy's seasoning and let stand for 1/2 hour. In the meantime, start burquets and add mesquite wood. BBQ patties until desired doneness. Create hamburgers as you like with remaining ingredients.
