Egg mayo salad roll

  Quick and easy lunch
Ingredients:
  4   Boiled eggs
  4   Wholewheat rolls
  4 Tsp   Low fat mayonnaise
  4 cups   chopped rocket, baby spinach
  2 tsp   Fresh parsley
  1 pinch   Paprika
Directions:
  Chop boiled egg
mix with mayonnaise, parsley, paprika & season
Divide in 4 and spread onto rolls
serve
