Egg Rollls

  Yum
Ingredients:
  2 Lbs   Ground pork
  3   Sweet peppers
  1   Onion
  3 Lbs   Bean sprouts
  2 Packs   Egg roll wrappers
  5 Thin   Slices ginger root
  1 Cup   Soy sauce
  1/4 Cup   Stir fry sauce
  1/4 Cup   Saigon sizzle
  1 T   Minced garlic
Directions:
  Put peppers, onion, ginger root in food processor and make almost a liquid. Put mixture in skillet. Add pork , garlic and sauces and cook. Simmer for an hour and boil out liquid. Fold like envelope and deep fry until lightly golden if you plan to freeze. Cook more golden for immediate eating
