Dryad Pancakes

Versatile breakfast main dish. Add 1/2 C fresh or frozen fruit. To add a crunch add granola,trail mix, or chopped nuts. |
Ingredients: |

egg |
|
1 c |
|
flour |
|
3/4 c |
|
milk |
|
1 tbls |
|
packed brown sugar |
|
2 tbls |
|
oil |
|
3 tsp |
|
baking powder |
|
1/4 tsp |
|
salt |
|
|

margerine, butter, shortening |
Directions: |
|
Beat egg with hand beater in medium bowl until fluffy. Beation remaining ingredients except margerine just until smooth. For thinner pancakes, stir in additional 1 to 2 tbls milk. Heat griddle or skillet over medium heat or to 375. Grease griddle with margarine if necessary.
