Dilly Beef Sandwiches

  Cheap roast beef sandwiches with a tangy twist! Any kind of roast can be used, chuck, pot or whatever is on sale.
Ingredients:
  4 lb   boneless pot roast
  1 jr   whole dill pickles, 16oz
  1/2 c   chilli sauce
  2 ea   cloves garlic
  10 ea   hamburger buns
Directions:
  Cut roast in half and place in slow cooker (I have done this with a frozen roast as well). Add pickles and juice, chilli sauce and garlic. Cover and cook on low for 8-9 hours until the beef is tender.

Discard pickles and remove the roast. Shred roast when cool enough to handle. Return meat to sauce and heat through. Using slotted spoon, fill each bun wiht about 1/2 cup of meat mixture.
