Dee's Skeeter Killing chili

  Chili
Ingredients:
  3 lbs   cubed sirloin
  1 tbsp   black pepper
  1 large   onion
  3 cloves   garlic
  3 stalks   celery
  1 can   beer
  1 quart   spicy vegetable juice
  3 tbsp   red chili powder
  1 tbsp   cayenne pepper
  1 TBSP   dried basil
  3 TBSP   cilantro
  1 tsp   fresh ground black pepper
  1 can   tomato soup
  1 4oz can   chopped jalapenos
  2 16oz cans   diced tomatoes and jalapenos
  1 16oz can   red kidney beans
  1 42oz can   spicy hot chili beans
Directions:
  Brown the sirloin in a large kettle- salt and pepper. Add onions, garlic and celery - cook in with meat for 5 minutes. Next add beer and spicy vegetable juice. Start adding in the balance of the ingredients.

Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 45 minutes.
