Italian Style Bread Crumbs |

2/3 cup |

Ranch Dressing |
|

Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts |

2 Tbsp |

Extra Virgin Olive Oil |
Directions: |
|
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. On a plate combine the breadcrumbs and olive oil until the breadcrumbs are just barely moistened. Place the ranch dressing on another plate. Cut up the chicken breasts into strips. Dredge the each chicken strip in the ranch dressing and then into the breadcrumb mixture. Tap off excess crumbs and place on a cookie sheet that's been covered with aluminum foil. Bake for 25 minutes.
