Crockpot Vegetarian Chili

  Not overly spicy. Can add more cayenne pepper if you like it spicier
Ingredients:
  28 oz   diced tomatoes
  8 oz   tomato sauce
  2 cans   kidney beans
  1   green pepper
  1/2 pound   mushrooms
  1   zucchini
  1   onion
  3 cloves   garlic
  1 1/2 tbs   chili powder
  1/8 tsp   pepper
  1 tsp   cumin
  1 tsp   paprika
  1/8 tsp   cayenne pepper, optional
Directions:
  Wash and dice all veggies. Add to crockpot. Drain diced tomatoes and kidney beans and add to crockpot. Stir in all remaining ingredients. Cook on low 6-8 hours.
