Crockpot Vegetarian Chili

Not overly spicy. Can add more cayenne pepper if you like it spicier |
Ingredients: |

diced tomatoes |

8 oz |
|
tomato sauce |
|
2 cans |
|
kidney beans |
|
1 |

green pepper |
|
1/2 pound |
|
mushrooms |
|
1 |
|
zucchini |
|
1 |
|
onion |
|
3 cloves |
|
garlic |
|
1 1/2 tbs |

chili powder |
|
1/8 tsp |
|
pepper |

1 tsp |

cumin |
|
1 tsp |
|
paprika |
|
1/8 tsp |

cayenne pepper, optional |
Directions: |
|
Wash and dice all veggies. Add to crockpot. Drain diced tomatoes and kidney beans and add to crockpot. Stir in all remaining ingredients. Cook on low 6-8 hours.
