Crockpot Cuban Pork***

Ingredients:
  2 lbs   Pork Shoulder
  2   Oranges, Juiced
  4   Lemons, or Limes, Juiced
  1 tsp   Dried Oregano
  8 Cloves   Garlic
  1   Onion
  3 tsp   Dried Cilantro (or 1/4C fresh)
  1 tsp   Salt
  1 tsp   Pepper
  6   Dinner Rolls
  1 Pkg   Salad
Directions:
  Add all ingredients to crockpot. Turn to high for the first hour, then turn to low for 6 - 8 hours.

Break pork apart with tongs or two forks and serve on fresh bread or with fresh vegetables or salad.
