Crock Pot Pot Roast

  Crock Pot Roast
Ingredients:
  1 Lrg   Pot Roast
  1 Pkg   Onion Mix
    Garlic
    Red Wine Vinegar
    Worcestershire Sauce
  1 Can   Cream of Chicken Soup
  1 Can   Beef Broth
Directions:
  Brown pot roast in butter on stove in butter. Transfer to crock pot and add the rest of the ingredients. Add enough water to cover roast. Cook on low for the day. Remove pot roast from crock pot and strain remaining contents to make gravy. Serve with mashed potats and popovers!!
