Sweet citrice pork chops. |

|
Apricot jam |
|
3 Tbsp |
|
Brown sugar |
|
1 tsp |
|
Salt |
|
1/2 tsp |
|
Pepper |
|
1/2 tsp |
|
Cinnamon |
|
1/4 tsp |
|
Ginger |
|
1/4 tsp |
|
Cloves |
|
1 Can |
|
Mandarin oranges (11 oz) |
Directions: |

Put pork chops in crock pot.
In small bowl combine jam, brown sugar, and spices.
Spoon mixture over pork chops.
Add can of mandarine oranges (including juice) evenly over the top.
Cook on low for 8 hrs, or high for 4.
Serve with rice.
