Crock Pot French Dip

Ingredients: |

4 lb |
|
Beef roast |
|
2 12 oz |
|
Cans of beer |
|
2 pkgs |
|
Lipton beefy onion mix |
|
2 C |
|
Water |
|
1 pkg |
|
Provolone cheese slices |
Directions: |
|
Put roast in crock pot.
Put remaining ingredients on top of roast.
Cook on low for 8-10 hrs.
Shred beef.
Serve on split French rolls with provolone cheese.
Reserve juices for dipping.
