Crock Pot French Dip

serves: 8
  Crowd pleasing sandwiches.
Ingredients:
  4 lb   Beef roast
  2 12 oz   Cans of beer
  2 pkgs   Lipton beefy onion mix
  2 C   Water
  1 pkg   Provolone cheese slices
Directions:
  Put roast in crock pot.
Put remaining ingredients on top of roast.
Cook on low for 8-10 hrs.
Shred beef.
Serve on split French rolls with provolone cheese.
Reserve juices for dipping.
