Crock Pot Chicken Tacos

Makes taco filling for about 10-12 tacos. |
Ingredients: |

|
Boneless skinless chicken breasts |
|
1 |
|
Onion, chopped |
|
1 Can |
|
Diced tomatoes and sweet onions |
|
1 Can |
|
Diced green chilis |
|
1 pkg |
|
Taco seasoning |
Directions: |
|
Place onions on bottom of crock pot.
Place chicken breasts on top.
Pour rest of ingredients on top of chicken and include juices from the cans.
Cook on high for 4 hours.
Shred chicken breasts before serving.
Serve in taco shells with lettuce, cheese, taco sauce and sour cream as desired.
