Crock Pot Chicken Tacos

serves: 6
  Makes taco filling for about 10-12 tacos.
Ingredients:
  6   Boneless skinless chicken breasts
  1   Onion, chopped
  1 Can   Diced tomatoes and sweet onions
  1 Can   Diced green chilis
  1 pkg   Taco seasoning
Directions:
  Place onions on bottom of crock pot.
Place chicken breasts on top.
Pour rest of ingredients on top of chicken and include juices from the cans.
Cook on high for 4 hours.
Shred chicken breasts before serving.
Serve in taco shells with lettuce, cheese, taco sauce and sour cream as desired.
