Crock Pot Beef for Burritos

Makes flavorful shredded beef for burritos. |
Ingredients: |

2-3 lb Roast |
|
|
|
Garlic powder |
|
|
|
Salt and pepper |
|
1 can |
|
Green enchilada sauce |
|
1 can |
|
Rotel tomatoes |
|
2 |
|
Serrano peppers, chopped |
Directions: |
|
Season roast with garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Brown on each side in frying pan with oil.
Put roast in crock pot and add enchilada sauce, rotel tomatoes, and peppers.
Cook on high for 6 hours.
Shred meat with fork and use in burritos.
