Crock Pot Beef Stroganoff with Cream Cheese

Creamy good stroganoff recipe. |
Ingredients: |

1 1/4 lb |
|
Cubed beef stew meat |
|
2 can |
|
Cream of mushroom soup |
|
1 |
|
Onion, chopped |
|
2 Tbsp |
|
Worcestershire sauce |
|
1/4 C |
|
Water |
|
|
|
Beef broth or red wine |
|
8 oz |
|
Cream cheese, cut up |
|
1 pkg |
|
Egg noodles |
Directions: |
|
Combine all ingredients, except cream cheese and noodles.
Cook on low for 8 hrs or high for 5 hrs.
Approx 15-20 min before serving, add cream cheese, stirring occassionally until melted.
Approx 10 min before serving, add uncooked noodles, push down in to sauce to get lightly coated.
Stir occassionally until noodles are soft and ready to eat.
Optional addition: a small can of mushrooms.
Serve with sour cream if desired.
