Crock Pot Au Jus Sandwiches

  Makes delicious au jus sandwiches and the broth is perfect for dipping.
Ingredients:
  1   Boneless roast
  2 pkgs   Lipton onion soup mix
  2 cans   Beef broth
Directions:
  Season roast with salt and pepper to taste.
Sear roast in olive oil in hot skillet to brown each side.
Place roast in crock pot with remaining ingredients.
Cook on low for 6 hrs.
Shred with a fork.
Serve on hoagie roll with broth for dipping.
