Crock Pot Asian Beef

Tasty asian beef made in the crock pot. |
Ingredients: |

3 lb |
|
Rump roast, sirloin tip, or round steak |
|
2 |
|
Green peppers |
|
1 |
|
Carrot |
|
1 |
|
Onion |
|
1/2 C |
|
Soy sauce |
|
1 |
|
Garlic |
|
1/2 bottle |
|
Stir fry sauce |
|
1 can |
|
Water chestnuts |
|
1 can |
|
Mushrooms |
|
1 can |
|
Chop suey noodles |
|
1 tsp |
|
Sesame oil |
|
1 Tbs |
|
Cornstarch mixed with a liitle cold water |

Directions: |
|
Brown roast in oil and add to crock pot with drippings.
Add several cut up pieces of celery, green peppers, carrot, and onion.
Pour soy sauce, garlic, and stir fry sauce in.
Cook on low until tender (5-6 hrs).
Add water chestnuts, mushrooms, and chop suey noodles.
Add sesame oil and more stir fry sauce to taste.
Thicken with corn starch mixture.
Serve over rice with chow mein noodles on top.
