Crock Pot - Chicken and Wild Rice Soup

  Chicken and Wild Rice Soup
Ingredients:
  43 1/2 oz   chicken broth
  1 lb   boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
  2 cup   water
  1 cup   sliced celery
  1 cup   diced carrots
  6 oz   converted long grain and wild rice mix with seasoning packet
  1/2 cup   chopped onion
  1/2 tspn   black pepper
  1 tbsp   dried parsley flakes
Directions:
  Comgine broth, chicken, water, chicken, celery, carrots, rice and seasoning packet, onion, and pepper in Crock pot. Mix Well.

Cover; cook on LOW 6 to 7 hours, or on HIGH 4 to 5 hours or until chicken is tender.

Stir in vinegar, if desired. Sprinkle iwth parsley before serving.
