Creamy Potato Soup

serves: 8
  Creamy potato soup with vegetables.
Ingredients:
  8   potatoes
  4   carrots
  2 stalks   celery
  1   onion
  4 oz.   cream cheese
  2 tsp.   salt (to taste)
  1 pinch   cayenne
  2 tsp.   garlic (to taste)
  1 can   evaporated milk
  1 Tbs.   parsley (optional)
Directions:
  Chop potatoes and put on to boil.
Chop remaining vegetables in food processor, then add to boiling potatoes.
Add seasoning to taste.
Remove from heat and add cream cheese & evaporated milk.
Mash with potato masher.
