half & half |

chicken broth |

Directions: |

Melt butter, stir in flour until smooth. Gradually add cream, broth and seasonings. Bring to boil, stirring constantly until thickened and bubbly. Add onions, peas, and carrots. Cover and simmer 30 mintes, stirring occasionally.
