Creamy Burrito Casserole

  Serve with Mexican Rice
Ingredients:
  1 lb   Ground Beef/ Ground Turkey
  1/2   Medium Yellow Onion
  1 package   Taco Seasoning
  6   Flour Tortillas
  1 16 oz   Refried Beans
  3 cups   Shredded Cheese
  1 10 3/4 oz   Cream of Mushroom Soup
  4 oz   Sour Cream
Directions:
  Brown meat and onion
Add taco seasoning and refried beans
Mix soup and sour cream in seperate bowl
Spread sour cream mix in casserole dish
Tear up 3 torillas and spread over sour cream
Put half the meat in pan
Add a layer of cheese
Repeat layers
Bake uncovered at 350 of 20-30 min
