Ingredients: |

large baking potatoes |
|
|
|
vegetable oil |
|
1 tbsp |
|
butter, melted |
|
1/4 cup |
|
chopped green onions |
|
1 8 oz |
|
cream cheese, softened |
|
1/4 cup |
|
milk |
|
1 6 oz |
|
flaked crab meat |
|
1/2 cup |
|
sour cream |
|
1/4 tsp |
|
garlic powder |
|
1/2 tsp |
|
pepper |
|

parsley sprigs |
Directions: |
|
Wash potatoes and rub with oil. Bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour or until done. Split potatoes. Fluff with a fork. Saute onions in butter until tender. Add cream cheese, milk and crabmeat. Cook over low heat until smooth. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream, garlic powder and pepper. Spoon over potatoes. Garnish with parsley.
