Crab Stuffed Mushrooms

  Crab Stuffed Mushrooms. Based on recipe from http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/paula-deen/crab-stuffed-mushrooms-recipe.html
Ingredients:
  16 oz   Portabello Mushrooms (Baby OK)
  8 oz   cream cheese
  8 Tbsp   shredded parmesan cheese
  1/2 c   fresh Parsley (1/4 c dried)
    salt & pepper
  3 can   crab meat, drained
  1/2 c   green onions, chopped
  1/2 c   bread crumbs, unseasoned (panko OK)
  1/4 tsp   garlic powder
    non-stick cooking spray
Directions:
  Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Combine cream cheese, parmesan, parsley, salt, pepper, green onions, garlic powder, and crab meat. Stuff mushrooms with mixture. Top with bread crumbs. Spray tops with non-stick spray.

Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes or until filling is hot and melted.
