Portabello Mushrooms (Baby OK) |
|
8 oz |
|
cream cheese |
|
8 Tbsp |
|
shredded parmesan cheese |
|
1/2 c |
|
fresh Parsley (1/4 c dried) |

|
|
salt & pepper |
|
3 can |
|
crab meat, drained |
|
1/2 c |
|
green onions, chopped |
|
1/2 c |
|
bread crumbs, unseasoned (panko OK) |
|
1/4 tsp |
|
garlic powder |
|

non-stick cooking spray |
Directions: |
|
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Combine cream cheese, parmesan, parsley, salt, pepper, green onions, garlic powder, and crab meat. Stuff mushrooms with mixture. Top with bread crumbs. Spray tops with non-stick spray.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes or until filling is hot and melted.
