Crab Lettuce Wraps

Spicy, creamy and crunchy deliciousness. Make in advance if you like. |
Ingredients: |
|
2 pkg |
|
imitation crab, flakes or legs |
|
3 |
|
green onions, chopped |
|
1/2 cup |
|
mayonnaise |
|
3 |
|
roma tomatoes, seeded and diced |
|
1/2 |
|
cucumber, diced (optional, salt, drain and pat dry) |
|
1/2 |
|
lemon, juiced |
|
1 tbsp |
|
sriracha hot chili sauce, or other hot sauce |
|
1/2 tsp |
|
salt, or less to taste |
|
1 head |
|
lettuce, romaine, bibb, or iceberg |
Directions: |
|
Shred the crab with your fingers into a large bowl. Add the scallions, mayonnaise, tomato, lemon juice, and hot sauce. Mix well then taste and adjust the seasoning with salt. Serve in chilled lettuce leaves or with crackers.
