Beef Rump Roast |

Beef Broth |

Large Baking Potatoes, Peeled & Quartered |

1/2 Bag |
|
Baby Carrots |
|
1 Packet |
|
Onion Soup Mix |
Directions: |
|
Place potatoes and carrots in bottom of slow cooker. Place roast on top and pour entire can of beef broth over the roast. Sprinkle the onion soup mix over the top and put the lid on. Cook on high 5 to 6 hours or low for 10 hours.
