  Mexican pork taco
Ingredients:
  3 lb.   pork roast
  1 jar   salsa your choice
  1 can   refried beans
Directions:
  Place refried beans in bottom of crock pot. Put roast on top of beans. Pour salsa on top of roast. Cook on low 8 hours or more. It should melt in your mouth. Serve on tortillas or fry bread with lettuce, tomato, shredded cheese, sour cream.
