Cinnamon Baked French Toast

serves: 4
  I use a little milk instead of half and half, and I don't use nutmeg.
Ingredients:
  1/4 cup   melted butter
  2 cans   Cinnamon rolls
  3   eggs
  1/4 cup   heavy whipping cream (half and half)
  3 tsp   cinnamon
  1/4 tsp   nutmeg
  2 tsp   vanilla extract
  1/2 cup   pecans (if desired)
    Icing from cinnamon rolls
    powdered sugar (if desired)
Directions:
  Melt butter and pour into a 9x13 dish
In a bowl, beat together eggs, cream, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla
Open canned cinnamon rolls, slice each into eighths
Place into bowl of egg mixture to thoroughly coat them
Pour pieces and egg mixture into 9x13 dish and spread out evenly
Sprinkle with pecans if using
Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes
Warm icing in microwave for 30 seconds
Remove dish from oven and coat with icing
