Chrunchy Chicken Salad

  Lunch
Ingredients:
  1 Piece   Chicken Breast
  1 Cup   Spiral pasta
  0.25 Cup   Green beans
  0.25 Cup   Asparagus
  0.25 Cup   Sprouts
  0.25 Cup   Spinach leaves
  1 Tsp   Low Fat Mayonnaise
Directions:
  Blanch the vegetables in boiling water & cool
Cook pasta for 10 minutes
Combine pasta & vegetables in large bowl
Cut chicken in slices
Add to pasta and vegetables
Top with mayonnaise just before serving
