  Chocolate Eclair Dessert
Ingredients:
  1 3/4 Cups   Cold Milk
  1 Pkg   Vanilla Instant Pudding Mix
  1/4 Cup   Creamy Peanut Butter
  1 8 oz Tub   Whipped Topping
  24   Graham Crackers
  6 Squares   Semi-Sweet Baking Chocolate
  3 Tbsp   Butter
Directions:
  Pour milk into a bowl and add dry pudding mix. Using mixer, beat on lowest speed for two minutes. Fold in whipped topping until well blended. Layer six graham crackers onto bottom of 13 x 9 inch pan. Spoon half of mixture onto crackers and smooth into even layer. Repeat. Place last layer of graham crackers on top. Melt chocolate and butter either in the microwave or on the stove. Pour over top layer of graham crackers and smooth evenly. Place in the fridge for 8 hours. Store in fridge after that.
