Put butter in a one-litre glass microwave jug. Cover, microwave on high power for 1 minute or until butter has melted. Stir in the eggs, sugar and vanilla. Beat well with a wooden spoon. Sift flour, cocoa and baking powder together. Fold into egg mixture with chocolate chips. Do not overmix. Spoon batter into a lined 18cmx22cm glass slice dish. Elevate and microwave on high for 5-7 minutes or until centre is just dry. Do not overcook. Leave in dish until cold. When cold dust with icing sugar and cut into squares
