Chili in the Crockpot

delicious, easy chili recipe for the slow cooker |
Ingredients: |

1 lb. |
|
ground beef |
|
1 16 oz. can |
|
kidney beans, rinsed & drained |
|
1 14.5 oz. can |
|
diced tomatoes, undrained |
|
1 8 oz. can |
|
tomato sauce |
|
1 |
|
medium onion, chopped |
|
1/2 |
|
green pepper, chopped |
|
1 clove |
|
garlic, minced |
|
1 T. |
|
chili powder |
|
1 tsp. |
|
salt |
|
1/2 tsp. |
|
pepper |
|
1 T. |
|
cumin, or less to taste |
|
|
|
shredded cheddar cheese |
Directions: |
|
Cook & drain beef in skillet. Transfer to s low cooker. Add the other ingredients except cheese. Cover & cook on low 8-10 hrs. or high 4 hrs. Add a sprinkling of cheese to top of each individual serving.
