Chicken and Dumplings DS

Ingredients:
  4   Chicken quarters
    Salt to taste
    Flour
  2 C   Bisquick
  2/3 C   Milk
Directions:
  Salt, flour and brown chicken in large pan.
Add water to cover chicken.
Salt again.
Simmer 45 minutes.
For dumplings, mix Bisquick and milk.
Drop dough by teaspoon full on boiling water after cooking time.
Cook additional 10 min uncovered, then cook additional 10 min covered.
