Chicken Tortilla Soup I

Chicken and bean soup with a kick. |
Ingredients: |

1 can |
|
chicken with rice soup |
|
1 1/3 C |
|
water |
|
1 C |
|
salsa |
|
1 can |
|
pinto beans, rinsed and drained |
|
1 can |
|
black beans, rinsed and drained |
|
1 C |
|
frozen corn |
|
1 C |
|
chicken, cooked and diced |
|
1 tsp |
|
ground cumin |
|
|
|
crushed tortilla chips |
|
|
|
shredded cheddar cheese |
|
|
|
sour cream |
Directions: |
|
In a large saucepan, combine 1st eight ingredients. Cook over medium-high heat for 5-7 min or until heated through. Serve with tortilla chips, cheddar cheese, and sour cream.
