Chicken Swiss

  Ingredients:
4 boneless chicken breast portions
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 White wine or cooking wine
4 slices Swiss cheese
Italian flavored bread crumbs for topping

Directions:

Use a casserole dish large enough to hold all the chicken in a single layer. Spray dish with nonstick spray. Mix the soup and wine together. Cover the bottom of the dish with part of the soup mix. Lay chicken breasts on top of soup. Place cheese on top of chicken, then cover it with the rest of the soup.

Sprinkle bread crumbs on top. Cover tightly. Bake 45 minutes at 350 F. Serve over rice
