Chicken Pot Pie with Rotisserie Chicken

  Chicken Pot Pie made with grocery store rotisserie chicken and fresh vegetables. Very easy to make.
Ingredients:
  1   onion, chopped
  1/2 cup   green beans, cut in 1" pieces
  1 cup   carrots, chopped
  1/2 cup   frozen peas
  1 cup   celery, sliced on diagonal
  1 cup   mushrooms, sliced
  1/2 cup   snow peas
  1 cup   potatoes, diced
  2 tsp   fresh thyme, chopped fine
  3 tbs   flour
  3 cups   milk
    salt
    pepper
  1   rotisserie chicken
