Chicken breasts, chopped |
|

Chopped onion |
|
|
|
Minced garlic |
|

Frozen mixed veggies |
|

Potatoes |

2 C |
|
Cream of chicken soup |

2 C |
|
Bisquick |
|
1 C |
|
Milk |
|

Eggs |

1 Tbsp |

Butter |

Olive oil |

Sat and Pepper |
Directions: |
|
Boil potatoes, cut in to small cubes.
Cook chicken in olive oil.
Add onions, garlic, salt and pepper.
Add soup and veggies.
Fold in potatoes.
Pour mixture in to baking dish.
To prepare topping mix Bisquick, milk, and eggs.
Pour over chicken mixture.
Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
