  Easy crock pot recipe
Ingredients:
  4   Chicken breast boneless
  1/2 cup   chunky salsa
  1/4 cup   Dijon mustard
  2 Tbs   fresh lime juice
  2 Tbs   sour cream
Directions:
  Mix salsa, mustard, lime juice in a bowl. Refridgerate 30 minutes. Coat chicken. Place in skillet. Brown on e side for 8 minutes. Add marinade. Cook in crock pot with ingredients poured over it.
