Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, Cut Into Chunks |

Carrots, Cut Into Chunks |

1/2 Pkg |

Frozen Broccoli Florets |
|
1/2 Cup |
|
Zesty Italian Dressing |
|
1/4 Cup |
|
Extra Virgin Olive Oil |
Directions: |
|
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place dressing and olive oil into a plastic bag followed by the chicken. Mix until chicken is well coated. On a small piece of tin foil, place one helping each of the chicken and vegetables. Pour the remainder of the marinade over the top. Pinch top of foil together leaving room at the top for the heat to circulate. Bake on a cookie sheet for 40 minutes.
