Chickea Broccoli casserole

  Vegan with A Vengeance

4 1/2 cups or three cans chickpeas
~2 cups dry chickpeas
Ingredients:
  4 1/2 Cups   Chickpeas, cooked
  1 Large   Onion, quartered and sliced
  3 Large   Carrots, grated
  1 Head   broccoli, cut into florets
  2 Tbsp   thinly sliced chives
  1/2 cup   breadcrumbs
  3 Tbsp   olive oil
  1 cup   broth
  1 Tsp   salt
Directions:
  Preheat oven to 350ᵒ
Mash chickpeas well,for about two minutes. add veggies and mix. add bread crumbs and mix. add oil and mix. add broth and salt, and mix. Put in a 9X13 casserole dish, and press firmly in. Cover with foil. Bake for for 45 minutes covered, then 10 minutes uncovered.
