Cheesy Vegetable Soup (WW)

  A Weight Watchers soup recipe with a little spice
Ingredients:
  2 1#   California Blend Frozen Veggies
  2 cans   Chicken-Broth (Fat Free)
  2 c.   water (or skim milk)
  1 can   Rotel Tomatoes
  9 oz.   Lite Velveeta Cheese
Directions:
  Heat together until veggies are hot, and cheese is melted. ENJOY!
Variation: Leave veggies out and add 3 cans of pinto beans.
