Ingredients: |

California Blend Frozen Veggies |
|
2 cans |
|
Chicken-Broth (Fat Free) |
|
2 c. |
|
water (or skim milk) |
|
1 can |
|
Rotel Tomatoes |
|
9 oz. |
|
Lite Velveeta Cheese |
Directions: |

Heat together until veggies are hot, and cheese is melted. ENJOY!
Variation: Leave veggies out and add 3 cans of pinto beans.
