Cheesy Pita Chips

pita pocket halves |
|
1/4 cup |
|
reduced fat margarine, melted |
|
1/2 tsp |
|
garlic powder |
|
1/2 tsp |
|
onion powder |
|
1/4 tsp |
|
salt |
|
1/4 tsp |
|
pepper |
|
3 tbls |
|
parmesan cheese, grated |
|
1/2 cup |
|
mozzarella cheese, shredded |
Directions: |

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Split pita pockets in half. Cut each into two triangles
Place rough side up on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray
In a bowl, comine margarine, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper
Add parmesan cheese. Spread over triangles and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese
Bake for 12-15 minuts or until golden brown
2 triangles equals 95 calories and 5 grams of fat
