Cheesy Chicken Tater Tot Casserole

  I leave the chicken frozen so it takes longer to cook to accomidate my work schedule. I cook on low for 8-9 hours and if anything your tater tots will get crispy-er!
Ingredients:
  1 32 oz   bag tater tots
  1 3 oz   bag bacon bits
  1 lb   skinless chicken breast, cubed
  2 cups   shredded cheese
  3/4 cup   milk
    salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
  Spray crock pot with cooking spray
Layer half the bag of tater tots on the bottom
Sprinkle with 1/3 bacon bits
Add 1/3 of the cheese
Then add the chicken and season with salt and pepper
Add 1/3 of the bacon and cheese
Layer the remaining tater tots
Sprinkle the remaining cheese and bacon
Pour milk over the top
Cook on low for 4-6 hours
