Cheater Salisbury Steak

  Summer grill and packaged gravy used to put together the slow cook comfort food taste of salisbury steak. Serve with garlic mashed potatoes or egg noodles
Ingredients:
  2 lb   lean ground beef
  1 small   onion diced fine
  2 slices   white bread torn, crumbled
  1/4 cup   milk
  1 tbls   worstershire
  1 clove   garlic (1tsp chopped garlic)
  1/2 tsp   each - rosemary, thyme and oregano
  1 large   egg
  1 package   Gravy Mix (enough to make 2cups gravy)
Directions:
  Prepare gravy mix according to directions, set aside. Preheat grill.
Soak crumbled bread with milk until liquid is absorbed. Then squeeze out any excess milk and add wet bread to ground beef in a large bowl. Add in all other ingredients and gently mix together with your hands, do not over-mix. Form into burger patties and grill until done - juices run clear.

Remove patties from grill and place in a large skillet, pour prepared gravy over and simmer for 10 minutes turning frequently.
