  A healthy, mouth watering and fullfilling dish that keeps you coming back for more. And go ahead and come back, it's low in fat and calories BUT HIGH IN TASTE!
Ingredients:
  1   Head of lettuce
  1   bag of Lite Fritos (corn chips) (break to medium density)
  1   small red onion (diced)
  1   8oz can Ranch Style Beans (drained and rinsed)
  1   Large avocado (diced)
  1   Fat-Free Catalina Dressing
Directions:
  In a large bowl tear one head of lettuce to bite size leaves, add red onion, broken corn chips and drained beans.
