Carolyns Braised Balsamic Chicken

  chicken
Ingredients:
  3   chicken breast
  1 tsp   garlic salt
    black pepper
  2 tbsp   olive oil
  1   onion, thinly sliced
  1   can diced tomatoes
  1/2 cup   balsamic vinegar
  1 tsp   basil
  1 tsp   oregano
  1 tsp   rosemary
  0.50 tsp   thyme
Directions:
  slice chicken breasts in half and pound thin, season with spices and place in baking dish, add onion and tomatoes, pour vinegar over and cook at 430 for 25 min
