Cajun style catfish

Ingredients: |

4 1/2 tsp |
|
paprika |
|
1 tsp |
|
onion powder |
|
1 tsp |
|
dried oregano |
|
1 tsp |
|
white pepper |
|
1/2 tsp |
|
dried thyme |
|
1/4 tsp |
|
cayenne pepper |
|
4 6oz |
|
catfish fillets |
Directions: |
|
In a shallow bowl, combine the first six ingrediants. Spritz both sides of fish with water. Dip one side of each fillet in spice mixture; place spice side doqn in a medium-high heat for 8-10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork, turning once.
